Keep your pieces away from water, lotions, and perfumes. Store them in the soft pouch or box they arrive in, and gently polish with the included cloth. Sterling silver may develop a natural patina over time — many of our customers treasure this deepening character.

Is gift packaging included?
Yes. Every order arrives in our signature Forge & Fleur gift box with a soft interior pillow, tied with a linen ribbon. A handwritten note card is included — simply add your message at checkout. It's ready to give the moment it lands on your doorstep.

How long does it take to receive my order?
Because each piece is made to order, please allow 5–10 business days for creation before shipping. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your jewellery is on its way. Rush orders may be available — reach out to us directly.
